Byline Bank seeks a dynamic Banking professional to lead a thriving branch that serves small and mid-sized businesses and the local community. You will hire, coach, and guide a team to deliver outstanding service while pursuing strategic growth opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will collaborate with Business Banking partners to unlock new client opportunities, expand the branch footprint, and contribute to achieving financial targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking as a Relationship Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes.
• Proven sales and outside calling skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Hire and nurture talent to provide exceptional service and build a welcoming team culture.
• Lead branch team to meet or exceed goals and drive sales performance.
• Develop strong relationships with local businesses and residents to help them reach financial goals.
• Collaborate with the Business Banking partner to expand the branch reach and cultivate new customer relationships.
• Provide ongoing training and development to keep the team engaged and at its best.
