Job summary

SOSA BPO is seeking a Branch Account Manager to lead a 100+ client portfolio across banking, ATM, and retail sectors. You will drive growth, manage client relationships, and coordinate with branches to ensure service excellence.

The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and travel up to 50% within the territory. Base compensation ranges from $60k to $70k with bonus and commission potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of branch operations and logistics; P&L experience a plus.
• Proven ability to manage 100+ client accounts.
• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication.
• Located in Chicago or Detroit; willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of 100+ client accounts.
• Drive new sales opportunities and respond to RFPs.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and branches.
• Lead regular client reviews to uphold SLAs.
• Plan and support rate increases and contract adjustments.
