Job summary

Loomis US in Detroit is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of Banking, ATM, and Retail clients. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Branch Accounts and drive retention, growth, and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in sales/account management, travel up to 50%, and proficiency with Loomis systems. Competitive compensation includes base salary, bonuses, and commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business-focused field.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft OS skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow the assigned book of business.
• Manage daily client requests with timely responses.
• Serve as liaison between clients and Loomis branches.
• Plan, schedule, and participate in client reviews.
• Proactively meet with clients to ensure superior service levels.
