Job summary

Farm Family, a specialty property and casualty insurance brand, seeks an Operations Analyst to optimize outsourcing, automate processes, and drive data-driven decisions. You will connect Argo business units with partners to meet service levels and deliver efficiency across operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in underwriting/claims or financial operations, plus 1–2 years in business analysis with dashboards, and vendor management experience. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in underwriting, claims, or financial operations.
• 1-2 years of experience performing business analysis with dashboards and reports.
• Experience managing a vendor and setting/maintaining service levels.
• Exposure to project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Advanced MS Office and experience with Tableau/Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create value and capacity across Argo units via outsourcing, optimization, and automation.
• Use data to identify efficiency opportunities and standardize processes.
• Evaluate performance from data and inform business decisions.
• Communicate with business and outsourcing partners on performance.
• Set SLAs and manage partners to meet outcomes.
• Prepare process maps, manuals, and provide training with outsourcing partner.
• Collaborate with internal customers to update materials as required.
• Transition tasks to outsourcing partners using project management methods.
• Communicate across management and stakeholders to drive efficiency.
• Act as primary contact for changes and issues related to outsourced/ automated work.
• Serve as SME on task fulfillment and ensure quality controls.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Provide channels for exception routing and feedback.
