You will assist as a liaison for system platforms, perform production and maintenance testing, and help implement efficient workflows across multiple functions. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience with authority.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to balance multiple inquiries and competing demands with a positive coaching approach.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Analytical ability.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist and engage as a business representative and liaison for various system platforms.
• Production and maintenance testing.
• Identify workflow/process impacts as a result of system updates.
• Communicate system updates to impacted staff and coordinate training (if needed).
• Identify system defects and/or gaps, provide resolution-based fixes.
• Prioritize system releases across functions.
• Develop and maintain onboarding standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop, write, and implement requirements.
• Approve authorizations for service requests outside of support staff authority.
• Direct tasking flow and ensure efficient work processes.
• Liaison with Division Managers on special issues and projects.
• Train, coach, and mentor staff, including Quality Assurance.
• Manage Product Line & vendor relationships.
• Conduct underwriting file analysis, including forms and endorsements used in policy construction.
• Assist underwriters and support staff to enhance division performance via systems and guidelines.
• Proactively manage IT and BPO relationships and overseas partners.
• Suggest, document, implement, and audit workflows to increase efficiency across Argo
