Selby Jennings seeks a Senior Business Process Management Architect to drive enterprise-wide process excellence and consistency. You will design and govern processes across functions, guiding owners and cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and improve transparency.

You will lead process architecture, modeling, and governance, collaborating with stakeholders and overseeing repository management to ensure standardized, compliant process documentation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of BPM, process modeling, architecture, and program/project management experience.
• Strong BPMN understanding and facilitation of workshops.
• Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives and process governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, govern, and continuously improve enterprise processes across functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, standards, and process models.
• Oversee documentation by vendors and ensure publication in repositories.
• Partner with owners to maintain current process documentation and governance.
