Hormel Foods is seeking a Senior Business Process Management Architect for the Corporate Office in Austin, MN. This role drives process excellence by modeling and standardizing business processes to improve predictability and value for customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with sponsors, and publish process models to the ARIS repository. Your experience in BPM, process modeling, and program management, along with knowledge of BPMN and industry standards, will help shape

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business process management and process modeling.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.
• Knowledge of BPMN and APQC standards.

Responsibilities

• Model current state processes.
• Inventory processes with stakeholders and define scope.
• Train process owners to model processes to Hormel standards.
• Publish process models to the standard repository.
• Maintain and support the ARIS repository.
• Develop strategy to expand use of the repository.
