Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Sr. Director Process Engineering to set strategic priorities for enterprise process engineering and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.

The role balances executive partnership with hands-on problem solving, using data, field insights, and operational expertise to remove bottlenecks and deliver measurable results. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business or engineering required or equivalent.
• 10+ years in process improvement preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt is a huge plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and locations.
• Proven experience building and mentoring a team of process engineers.
• Hybrid in ATL preferred but remote work possible.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the enterprise Process Engineering Center of Excellence.
• Set enterprise process-engineering strategy and portfolio.
• Oversee development of future-state process architectures and standards.
• Partner with executives to integrate process engineering into transformation programs.
• Develop a high-performing team with a culture of rigor, field engagement, and measurable results.
