Omnidian, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Director of Business Process Excellence to elevate how work flows across Go-To-Market, Operations, Field Services, and Technology.

You will establish enterprise process architecture, standards, and governance, and personally lead prioritized cross-functional improvement initiatives. You will map workflows, analyze performance data, facilitate redesign sessions, and define business system requirements; collaborate with Product Leadership to ensure processes

Competenze

• Minimum 8–10+ years in enterprise process engineering or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required.
• Experience integrating workflows with major enterprise software platforms (CRM, FSM).
• Experience in clean energy, renewable tech, or complex field operations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/quantitative field; MBA preferred.

• Own enterprise process architecture and standards across Go-To-Market, Operations, Field Services, and Technology.
• Lead current-state baselining to identify handoff friction and cycle-time lag.
• Architect Target Operating Models and streamlined workflows with concrete requirements.
• Coordinate with Product Leadership to ensure designs support profitability and client commitments.
• Partner with Operations and Field Service to re-architect high-friction value streams and drive cost efficiencies.
• Trace workflows upstream into GTM, contracting, pricing, and onboarding handoffs.
