Job summary

Saliense Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Business Process Reengineering Lead to drive assessment strategy, design future-state operating models, and guide cross-functional teams through federal engagements in Arlington, VA.

You will mentor mid-level and junior professionals, manage timelines, and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation, with a focus on mission-critical processes and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business process reengineering, operating model design, organizational transformation, or management consulting.
• Leading enterprise-wide current-state assessments and future-state operating model designs for large, complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in process redesign and root-cause analysis for mission-critical processes.
• Experience advising SES-level and senior executives and driving transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment strategy and methodology, own the Operational Assessment Plan.
• Mentor a team of specialists and coordinate with the Contract Project Manager on schedule and resourcing.
• Present findings and future-state recommendations to agency leadership.
