The role sits in Global Process within GBS, operating in a hybrid model from Marlborough, MA or Arden Hills, MN. Strong collaboration and vendor management are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in BPM or related process management roles.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Proven ability to apply Agile/Scrum to delivery.
• Experience building vendor relationships and budgets.
• Experience shaping product strategies and roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Define BPM product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Translate process needs into product capabilities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Global Process, Data and Tech teams.
• Own and prioritize backlog based on business value.
• Guide delivery with clear decisions and acceptance criteria.
• Drive simplification, automation and scalability.
• Engage stakeholders and users to align and adopt.
• Establish KPIs to measure value realization.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets and cost allocation.
• Maintain governance for usage standards.
