Job summary

Woolpert, a global leader in architecture, engineering, and geospatial services, seeks a Senior Enterprise Business Process Architect to join the Business Transformation team in the United States. The role drives end-to-end process architecture from lead generation to revenue recognition, aligning cross-functional operations with governance standards and transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, organizational development, information systems, engineering, finance, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise process architecture, business process analysis, value-stream mapping, business capability mapping, operating model design, workflow documentation, process improvement methods, governance frameworks, and transformation planning.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end business lifecycle and architectures across lead generation to project delivery and revenue flow.
• Translate objectives into current-state and future-state process designs with clear dependencies and control gaps.
• Create enterprise process architecture artifacts, value-stream maps, process models, decision flows, and governance materials for executives.
• Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders to define future-state processes and governance needs.
• Maintain reusable process documentation, templates, standards, and reference materials to promote consistency and adoption.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to collect data and align teams on prioritized improvements.
• Prepare reports and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative analysis to communicate risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate new process practices and technology-enabled opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Support ERP modernization and transformation initiatives by documenting process impacts and readiness.
• Provide methodology guidance and quality reviews for enterprise process documentation.
