Job summary

Cartier in Short Hills, NJ, seeks a dynamic leader to drive business development for the boutique, building elite client relationships and memorable experiences. You will lead sales and care service teams to meet or exceed targets, and develop a proactive local sales strategy grounded in deep product knowledge.

You will partner with boutique management, regional and corporate teams on CRM efforts, data capture, repurchase strategies, and reporting, while mentoring the staff and upholding Cartier

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business-related field is a plus.
8–10 years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
Experience managing direct reports.
Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training.
SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of excellent client relationships and memorable boutique experiences.
Drive sales and care service teams to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
Identify local market opportunities and implement proactive sales strategies.
Partner with leadership on CRM efforts including outreach, data capture, and repurchase rate.
Lead networking activities and be the boutique brand ambassador.
Coordinate with PR and boutique teams to support client events and VIPs.
