Job summary

Cartier in New Jersey seeks an Ambassador to drive sales and elevate client experiences across all touchpoints. You will actively manage your client portfolio, greet customers with impeccable service, and participate in the daily operations of the boutique to uphold Cartier’s luxury standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and travel for events. SAP and MS Office proficiency are advantageous.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail.
• MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings/events.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and develop client portfolio.
• Provide outstanding customer service and greet customers.
• Assist with daily boutique operations and merchandising.
• Capture client data for CRM and participate in events and networking.
• Travel for trainings and client events as needed.
