Concertina Team is a U.S.-based engineering and manufacturing company seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to support finance operations and work closely with the CFO. The role handles recurring accounting processes, resolves routine issues, and escalates exceptions requiring judgment while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or finance administration experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based engineering, manufacturing, or project-based operations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bookkeeping practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts payable including invoices, coding, vendor records, payments, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable including invoicing, cash application, AR aging, and collections.
• Support payroll processing, reconciliations, and related reporting.
• Onboard new employees including payroll setup, benefits, and HR coordination.
• Maintain general ledger and complete monthly reconciliations.
• Own month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
