Intuit, Inc. is seeking a seasoned bookkeeper to manage general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting in a primarily remote role. You’ll supervise junior staff, oversee month-end and year-end close, and ensure accuracy across AP/AR, payroll taxes, and depreciation.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of month-end, year-end, and 1099 filing processes.
• Experience processing payroll and reconciling payroll taxes; ability to improve processes and take initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time; oversee payroll processing.
• Manage fixed asset schedules, depreciation, and related reporting; utilize QuickBooks Advanced features.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes; provide actionable insights and supervise junior staff.
• Coordinate cleanup projects and ensure clean, reconciled books; develop internal controls.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and firm leadership; ensure deadlines are met.
