Job summary

Rockstar is seeking a skilled Corporate Bookkeeper for a fully remote position. The role handles day-to-day books, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close for a US-based client.

You will work with QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, and other tools, supporting the outside CPA and year-end processes from a remote setup. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and solid knowledge of US GAAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience for a US-based company
• Hands-on AP and AR processing experience
• Strong experience with at least one major accounting platform (QBO/Xero/NetSuite)
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable: code/vendor bills, match to POs, schedule payments
• Manage Accounts Receivable: invoice customers, apply payments, monitor aging
• Post general ledger entries and support month-end close
• Prepare AP/AR aging reports and cash position summaries
• Assist year-end close, tax prep, and audit requests
• Keep chart of accounts organized and maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with outside CPA and client team on financial reporting
