• Review contracts and invoices for accuracy before payment release
• Run weekly cash positioning and short-term borrowing decisions
• Carry the full-time payroll run from gross calc to filed tax deposit
• Track grant funding, restricted accounts, and compliance reporting
• Lead the Ford audit preparation and serve as primary contact for external auditors
