Staffmark Group is hiring an experienced full-charge bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records in NE Arkansas. The role follows a Monday-Friday schedule and supports the CPA in annual tax preparations.

Responsibilities include managing payables/receivables, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the general ledger through month-end and year-end close. Candidates should have strong bookkeeping experience and proficiency with accounting software.

Qualifications

• Strong full-charge bookkeeping experience.
• Thorough understanding of the complete bookkeeping cycle.
• Experience using accounting software.
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Maintain the general ledger and financial records.
• Complete month-end and year-end bookkeeping.
• Prepare financial reports and documentation for the CPA.
• Manage the full bookkeeping process with some assistance available.
