Arkansas Talent Group in Stuttgart, AR is partnering with an established company to hire a Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Specialist. You will take full ownership of the AP function across multiple entities and support additional bookkeeping tasks, including QuickBooks Online.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of AP experience, can work independently, and thrive in a growing, empowered team with strong leadership and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing the full accounts payable cycle.
• QuickBooks Online experience required.
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounts, expense coding, and basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable and account reconciliations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of the accounts payable process across multiple entities, managing approximately 450–550 invoices monthly.
• Process and accurately code invoices received electronically and in hard copy.
• Manage vendor accounts, payment processing, and related reconciliations.
• Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and enter transactions into QuickBooks Online.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and general accounting activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Provide additional bookkeeping and administrative support as needed.
