Job summary

Tract Capital Management, based in Morristown, NJ, seeks a Senior Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for affiliated entities and investment activities. You will ensure accurate coding, reconciliations, and documentation, reporting to the Chief of Staff without policy ownership responsibilities.

On-site role with discretionary bonus potential. The position emphasizes high-trust processes, structured schedules, and coordination with Finance and Tax advisers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a complex multi-entity environment.
• Experience with reconciliations, vendor administration, and tax-support documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QuickBooks records for affiliated entities and related activities.
• Process invoices, contractor payments, and reimbursements across entities.
• Reconcile bank and other accounts and ensure proper documentation.
• Track capital commitments and scheduled payments; prepare supporting schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end activities with reconciliations and schedules.
