Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the United States to connect with medical professionals, share clinical knowledge of Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. Promote products under direction of the District Manager and implement marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include delivering education, achieving territory sales targets, building accounts, and providing market feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree and 4+ years of Sales experience.
• High school diploma/GED and 6+ years of Sales experience.
• Senior role: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales/clinical experience in healthcare.
• Senior role: Associate degree and 6+ years of sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including discussions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and learn.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle and uphold company values.
