Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promoting Amgen products and guiding customers through the payer landscape. You will implement marketing strategies and act as the primary contact in a dynamic territory.

This role emphasizes building relationships, delivering branded messages, and achieving sales targets through diverse channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration preferred for Senior role.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, discuss product access, reimbursement issues, and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and maintain brand focus throughout the sales cycle.
