Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, provide clinical knowledge, and promote Amgen products. You will deliver on the marketing strategy, manage accounts, and navigate payer environments to serve patients.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, sales leadership, and collaboration with a district team, with flexible work arrangements where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required for Specialty Representative.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of sales experience or equivalent exposure.
• High school diploma with 8+ years of sales experience or relevant healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Drive territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, ensure product access, and address reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and learn.
