Responsibilities

• Assists the Construction Manager in ensuring adherence to safety, quality, ethics, and performance standards.
• Monitors site work progress and reports on schedule, quality, quantity, cost, and safety.
• Supports issue resolution and timely decision making; may mentor and train other staff.
• Develops and tracks the 3-Week Look Ahead Schedule and ensures resources are on site.
