Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a Leadman to provide leadership and guidance to craft workers while serving as a journeyman on boiler fabrication and repair projects.

You will oversee alignment, rigging coordination, welding, fitting, testing, and field maintenance, ensuring safety and adherence to blueprints and specifications.

This role requires precise shop mathematics, tool handling, and clear communication with crane operators and foremen on site.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Knowledge of blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Ability to plan work, use shop math and select proper tools.

Responsibilities

• Locate reference points and mark layouts with accuracy.
• Signal crane operator and attach rigging for lifts.
• Align structures, weld and bolt components together.
