Leoforce is seeking a Boiler Operator in Morris, MN, to support the safe and efficient operation of a continuous-process facility in a 24/7 environment. The role involves monitoring utility systems, responding to issues, and ensuring reliable plant performance on rotating 12-hour shifts.

Qualified candidates will hold a State Boiler Engineer License or be able to meet licensing requirements, with experience in boiler operations, PLCs, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• State Boiler Engineer License or ability to meet licensing requirements.
• Experience operating industrial boilers, utility systems, or similar manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, automated controls, or industrial monitoring systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour schedule.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor industrial utility and process equipment to maintain safe production.
• Utilize PLCs and plant monitoring platforms to oversee operations.
• Perform routine inspections, record data, and communicate shift updates.
• Support boiler, water treatment, drying, and other facility utilities.
• Troubleshoot equipment with maintenance and operations teams.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
• Collect samples and maintain operating records.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures and keep a clean work environment.
