Jobot is seeking a Boiler Operator in Morris, MN to oversee the safe and efficient operation of a continuous-process facility. This on-site, permanent role involves monitoring utility systems, responding to issues, and maintaining plant performance 24/7 on a rotating 12-hour shift.

Formación

• State Boiler Engineer License required.
• Experience operating industrial boilers, utility systems, process equipment, or similar manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, automated controls, or industrial monitoring systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Comfortable working a rotating 12-hour schedule in an industrial setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor industrial utility and process equipment to maintain safe and efficient production.
• Utilize automated control systems, including PLC and plant monitoring platforms, to oversee operations and respond to process conditions.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, record operating data, and communicate shift updates to ensure smooth operations.
• Support boiler, water treatment, drying, and other facility utility systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues while working closely with maintenance and operations teams.
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities and basic repairs as needed.
