Cordia, a comprehensive energy solutions provider, seeks a Boiler Operator in Omaha to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment under supervision. You will monitor boilers, chillers, and generators, start/stop machinery, and support maintenance while following SOPs and safety policies.

This role requires working 12-hour rotating shifts, lifting up to 75 pounds, and readiness for overtime. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; EPA license preferred; CMMS and MS

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work in hot/cold environments, climb ladders, lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn complex systems.
• Familiar with PC operations and digital controls.
• Good lab techniques for water testing.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control operation of plant machinery and equipment (boilers, chillers, generators, cooling towers).
• Monitor plant operations and distribution system impacts.
• Operate plant equipment safely per SOPs, JSAs, and LOTO requirements.
