Job summary

Cordia is seeking a Boiler Operator to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment in line with established procedures. You will monitor systems, start/stop machinery, support maintenance, and respond to changing conditions under supervision.

Key duties include operating boilers and cooling equipment, recording parameters, and adhering to safety and environmental policies. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments and handle physical tasks.
• Familiar with CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control operation of boilers, chillers, generators, and cooling towers.
• Operate plant equipment safely following SOPs and JSA guidelines.
• Record plant parameters and monitor SCADA data.
• Maintain water chemistry and adjust chemical feeds as needed.
• Support maintenance activities and participate in overtime as required.
