Job summary

• Monitor Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Provide guidance to other maintenance personnel and lead by example.
• Communicate with staff, students, and engineers; ensure safety and quality standards.
