Qualifications

• Boiler certification or to be acquired within first year.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and HVAC equipment per codes.
• Perform routine maintenance on Boilers, Chillers, and Cooling Towers.
• Manage building automation systems (Metasys/Automated Logic) and energy management.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance program for assigned area.
• Handle after-hours and on-call rotation as required.
