U.S. Facilities, Inc. in Troy, Michigan is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Mechanic to support sophisticated building systems.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, HVAC, plumbing, and related equipment; troubleshoot issues and respond to service calls; follow safety procedures; and interact with clients and staff. The role requires a high school diploma, boiler and chiller experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a day shift

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication with team and clients.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical and HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, roof top units, plumbing, pumps, fans).
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks (lubrication, filter changes, coil cleaning, belt replacement).
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE; perform job hazard analyses and lockout/tagout procedures.
