Job summary

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, HVAC, plumbing, and related equipment; troubleshoot issues and respond to service calls; follow safety procedures; and interact with clients and staff. Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical and HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, roof top units, plumbing, pumps, fans).
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks (lubrication, filter changes, coil cleaning, belt replacement).
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE; perform job hazard analyses and lockout/tagout procedures.
