• Gather requirements from business and technology stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Analyze processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and scalability.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions with well‑defined implementation plans.
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and system governance best practices.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation and support procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, support, and optimize BOH Team Member Tools, systems and integrations to improve reliability and the team member experience.
• Collaborate with Technology Leads to assess options and define direction for assigned systems.
• Develop and test new features, integrations, and enhancements across back‑of‑house systems.
• Document system workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting steps clearly.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate enhancements and issue resolution.
