CAVA seeks a Technology Operations Analyst to ensure stable, efficient technology services across corporate and restaurant environments. You will support operations, analyze trends, coordinate deployments, and maintain system documentation to drive reliability and growth.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in technology operations, strong communication, and experience with endpoint management, IAM, and asset lifecycle. A collaborative, fast-paced work style is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology operations or IT support.
• Experience with endpoint management, IAM, asset lifecycle, collaboration tools, ticketing, or knowledge management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices in a distributed environment.
• Ability to analyze service metrics, investigate issues, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience documenting SOPs, knowledge bases, and runbooks.
• Understanding of IT operational disciplines (incident, problem, change, release, asset, vendor management).
• PowerShell scripting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support day-to-day technology operations across corporate, field, and restaurant environments.
• Analyze incidents, requests, asset data, and service trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, access changes, and lifecycle activities across devices.
• Administer and maintain core IT systems and tools.
• Coordinate escalations, maintenance activities, rollouts, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Track service levels, backlog, aging tickets, and publish dashboards for prioritization.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for consistency and audit readiness.
• Assist with technology refreshes, upgrades, deployments, and pilot programs.
• Support vendor coordination for hardware, software, and managed services.
• Manage software licensing, asset inventory, and configuration records.
• Identify manual work and suggest scalable, secure improvements.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused experiences translating tech details for non-technical partners.
