Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical details for non-technical partners.
• Experience analyzing service metrics, incidents, and trends to drive improvements.
• Familiarity with endpoint management and identity/access management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service health across corporate, field, and restaurant environments.
• Analyze incidents and trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, and access changes across devices and platforms.
• Maintain core IT systems, tooling, and runbooks for reliability and audit readiness.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support prioritization and decision-making.
