Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Senior Technology Operations Manager to lead our Technology Deployment Group across multiple restaurant locations. You will own end-to-end technology deployments for openings, renovations, and closings, ensuring POS, networking, digital boards, and security are installed on schedule.

You’ll drive standardization and improvement across deployment processes while managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Oversees deployment operations in a multi-location environment.
• Strong grasp of restaurant/retail tech stacks and ITSM practices.
• Leads deployment teams and drives continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor deployment professionals to achieve high quality and timely openings.
• Own end-to-end technology deployment lifecycle for new openings, renovations, and closings.
• Manage decommissioning, refresh cycles, and migrations across the fleet.
• Develop deployment roadmap aligned with growth and real estate plans.
• Maintain relationships with Real Estate, Construction, Operations, and IT.
• Oversee vendor and integrator relationships and SLAs.
• Standardize playbooks, checklists, and process improvements.
• Deliver deployment metrics and drive speed-to-open initiatives.
