Job summary

Therapy & Beyond in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a BCBA to join an on-site, clinician-focused team. You will train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists while delivering high-quality, data-driven ABA services to clients and their families.

You will collaborate with OTs and SLPs within a multidisciplinary setting, design and monitor treatment plans, and provide parent training and staff development. A strong mentorship culture supports ongoing clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Oklahoma or eligible to obtain.
• Compassionate professional who values teamwork and clinical integrity.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or mentoring clinicians.

Responsibilities

A Typical Day in the Clinic:

• Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.

Qualifications
