Therapy & Beyond is seeking a full-time BCBA in Conroe, TX, to lead clinical excellence with minimal administrative burdens and a supportive, collaborative team.

You will supervise BCBA candidates, mentor junior staff, and partner with families and on-site SLPs/OTs to deliver data-driven, individualized care. The position offers premium compensation and relocation support for qualified candidates.

A Typical Day in the Clinic:

Clinical Leadership:Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.

Holistic Care:Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.

Data-Driven Treatment:Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.

Qualifications
