Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is a leading BCBA-owned ABA organization seeking a BCBA for our Broken Arrow clinic. We offer a high-support environment with centralized admin and competitive base compensation plus quarterly bonuses.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team including on-site OTs and SLPs, while maintaining manageable caseloads to ensure individualized care. Premium compensation includes a $90,000 base salary with a rewarding quarterly bonus structure, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO,

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Oklahoma (or eligible to obtain).
• Compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or mentoring future clinicians (mentored supervision opportunities available).

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to foster growth.
• Facilitate a team-based approach with families, staff, and therapy partners.
• Design, monitor, and adjust data collection to evaluate treatment efficacy.
• Lead crisis intervention and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.

A Typical Day in the Clinic:

Clinical Leadership:Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.

Qualifications
