Job summary

Fox Talent Solutions is assisting a growing ABA organization in Oklahoma City and Moore, OK to hire a Clinic-Based BCBA. The role is hands-on and team-oriented, focused on delivering individualized ABA services to children with ASD in a clinic setting.

You will supervise RBTs, design and implement ABA programs, conduct assessments, and create BIPs while communicating with families to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges.
• Strong clinical decision-making and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage caseload while maintaining quality care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with families and RBTs to prepare for client services.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Conduct assessments and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide supervision and hands-on support to RBTs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and a collaborative clinic environment.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic Based - Oklahoma City &Moore, Oklahoma

Our client, an established ABA organization, is looking for a BCBA who enjoys being part of a collaborative, hands-on clinic environment. This organization is growing and is looking to add additional BCBAs to their team to provide individualized ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Their team partners closely with families to design comprehensive, meaningful treatment programs that build independence and improve quality of life.

This role goes beyond writing programs. It is about supporting clients, guiding RBTs, and building strong relationships with families to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

This role is clinic-based. You will be onsite in the either the Oklahoma City,OK center or Moore, OK center, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
