Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our Broken Arrow, OK clinic in a full-time, high-support role focused on delivering clinically excellent, individualized care with minimal administrative burden.

We offer a base salary of $90,000 plus a rewarding quarterly bonus structure, strictly limited caseloads, and central administrative support including billing. You will collaborate with on-site OTs and SLPs and receive dedicated mentorship for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma-licensed LBA or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Mentorship mindset with teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or supervision interest.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs).

A Typical Day in the Clinic:

Clinical Leadership:Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.

Holistic Care:Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.

Data-Driven Treatment:Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible to obtain).
