Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Texas or eligible to obtain.
• A compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs).
• Foster a team-based approach with families and therapy partners.
• Design, monitor, and analyze data collection to assess treatment efficacy.
• Lead parent training sessions and staff development.

A Typical Day in the Clinic:

Clinical Leadership:Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.

Holistic Care:Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.

Data-Driven Treatment:Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.

Qualifications
