Therapy & Beyond is a leading BCBA-owned ABA clinic in Conroe, TX. The BCBA will deliver life-changing, individualized care while our centralized admin team handles billing and paperwork, enabling a focus on clinical excellence.

We offer premium compensation with a base salary of $90,000 plus a quarterly bonus, manageable caseloads, strong mentorship, relocation assistance, generous PTO and holidays, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Texas.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or mentoring clinicians.

A Typical Day in the Clinic:

Clinical Leadership:Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.

Holistic Care:Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.

Data-Driven Treatment:Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.

Family & Staff Training:Conduct meaningful, high-impact parent training sessions and professional development for staff.

Crisis & Safety Management:Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all patients.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).

A compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.

Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (tailored mentoring and supervision opportunities available).
