Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with systems-level performance analysis and optimization.
• Experience operating distributed systems at scale and managing capacity across heterogeneous workloads.
• Proficiency in backend programming (Go preferred) and observability tooling.
• Track record of reducing infrastructure costs through engineering optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own performance analysis and optimization across the blockchain node stack.
• Build observability, health-checks, and automated failover for blockchain nodes.
• Lead right-sizing initiatives across the node fleet and establish capacity models.
• Collaborate with protocol integration, wallet, and indexer teams to extend performance.
• Define and implement SLOs/SLIs for node services and reliability.
• Support protocol upgrades with a performance-first lens and regression testing.
