Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Utah seeks a Business Development Manager 2 to lead BD and strategy for Air Force SRM programs within Propulsion Systems. You will develop and execute capture plans, drive growth, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

You will manage customer interfaces, translate needs into offerings, and work with senior management on growth initiatives. A Secret clearance is required; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 3 years of aerospace government procurement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in capture management, business development, PM or engineering.
• Ability to conduct independent initial technical discussions with Space community.
• Must possess a current Secret clearance at application time.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and strategy for Air Force SRM programs within Propulsion Systems.
• Develop early capture plans and lead future business capture strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Direct government relations and advocacy plans; interface with senior management concisely.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to create mission discriminators through affordable tech.
• Oversee growth strategies, pursue new opportunities, and manage funding execution.
