Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) seeks a Business Development Manager 2 to join its Propulsion Systems team in Utah, with duties to lead BD and strategy for Air Force SRM programs. The role may be based at the Bacchus or Promontory campus in Utah.

The candidate will direct sustainment, growth, and capture efforts across customer organizations, interfacing with senior management. The ideal candidate will develop early win strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and articulate mission

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in aerospace government procurement of weapons systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in capture management, business development, project/program management or engineering.
• Ability to conduct independent initial technical and concept discussions with Space Science and Technology community.
• Must possess a current Secret clearance at time of application.

Responsabilités

• Lead business development and strategy for a portfolio of programs related to Air Force SRM within Propulsion Systems.
• Provide direction on sustainment and organic growth of existing targets and programs.
• Develop and lead future capture strategy in Air Force technology and production markets.
• Develop early win strategies for customer outreach and targeted pursuits in Air Force propulsion.
• Convene multi-functional teams to create mission discriminators through affordable, innovative technology and engineering.
