Job summary

Jackson Family Wines is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to translate complex business processes into technical solutions for POS and ecommerce platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, design system configurations, and support implementation across multiple locations.

You will collaborate with IT, vendors, and business partners to drive strategic roadmaps, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant experience or 9 years equivalent.
• Translate business processes into technology solutions and drive cross-functional reengineering.
• Lead teams, provide technical direction to vendors and cross-functional staff.
• Proficient with Office 365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Experience with SDLC, waterfall, and scrum/agile methodologies.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, under pressure.
• Travel ~20% with valid driver's license.
• Familiar with multi-location POS migrations (Mad Mobile, NVPOS, etc.).
• Experience with API tracking and root-cause analysis.
• Proficient in relational databases and SQL queries.
• Ability to lead large, complex enterprise projects across SDLC.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs, gather requirements, design POS/ecommerce solutions.
• Create scope docs, process maps, data flows, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Provide customer support for software and operational questions.
• Lead teams and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional members.
• Facilitate decisions among business leaders, IT, and delivery teams.
• Drive innovation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to shape acceptable designs.
• Evaluate technology and promote digitization of business processes.
• Act as SME to ensure product/service performance meets needs.
• Collect feedback on performance and resolve architecture issues.
• Develop test strategies and perform detailed testing for complex use cases.
• Participate in after-hours/weekend escalations as needed.
