Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Senior POS Analyst to optimize and manage POS systems across locations. You will analyze transaction data, improve functionality, and ensure data accuracy to support data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with operations, finance, IT, and marketing to enhance system performance, support promotions, and assist with site openings and POS implementations while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience with POS systems and data analysis.
• Experience in retail or multi-location environments preferred.
• Experience with system implementations and integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze POS data and transaction trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage and support POS system configurations, updates, and enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across POS platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with IT and vendors for resolution.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to sales, transactions, and site performance.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support promotions, pricing, and campaigns within POS systems.
• Assist with system integrations between POS, CRM, and financial systems.
• Support new site openings and POS implementations, including setup and testing.
• Document system processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Train end users on POS functionality and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
