Job summary

Jackson Family Wines seeks a Lead Systems Analyst to support enterprise apps within the ERP landscape, focusing on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, WMS processes, and third-party platforms. You will coordinate JDE development, analyze requirements, test, and drive continuous improvement across Sales & Distribution, Finance, and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities include end-to-end process optimization, SDLC participation, and cross-team collaboration with vendors and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting ERP and enterprise applications in related roles.
• Strong Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional and technical expertise, including configuration, development, reporting, integrations, security, and production support.
• Hands-on experience with JDE tools and technologies including OMW, FDA, RDA, ER/NER, BSFN, Interactive and Batch Applications, Table Conversions, Orchestrator, APIs, and interoperability.
• Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, and Finance (AR, AP, GL).
• Experience integrating JDE with Salesforce, Encompass, Concur, WMS/TMS, EDI, and other enterprise platforms.
• REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, EDI, Real-Time Events (RTE), Z-Files, and enterprise integration architectures.
• Advanced SQL, data analysis, data conversion, reconciliation, performance tuning, debugging, testing, and validation.
• Familiarity with JDE CNC concepts, environment management, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change control.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications within the ERP landscape. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, ERP technical teams, integration partners, and vendors to define, design, deliver, enhance, and support practical business-aligned solutions across core enterprise processes. The role combines strong functional understanding of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Warehouse Management System processes, and related third-party platforms with hands-on technical aptitude. The successful candidate will contribute to requirements analysis, solution design, JDE technical development coordination, testing, issue resolution, documentation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement across Sales & Distribution, Finance, Manufacturing, and related business areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and translate business and system requirements into functional and technical solutions supporting Sales & Distribution, Finance, Manufacturing, WMS, and related ERP processes.
• Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, and downstream integration lifecycles.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including solution design, configuration, development support, technical review, testing, deployment, UAT, and post-production stabilization.
• Support Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, workflows, orchestrations, and custom objects by coordinating with developers and validating technical deliverables against business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues through root cause analysis, issue triage, SQL/data validation, debugging coordination, log review, and collaboration with developers, CNC, integration teams, and business users.
• Support reporting, data flows, security/control requirements, integrations, and application enhancements across JDE and third-party platforms such as EDI, Encompass, Salesforce, Concur, WMS/TMS, and middleware solutions.
• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, contributing to planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, execution, documentation, release readiness, and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain requirements, process flows, design notes, test scenarios, configuration notes, technical/functional change documentation, validation evidence, and operational support procedures.
• Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, knowledge transfer, user training, and lead-level coordination across assigned initiatives to drive successful delivery, adoption, and supportability.
• Improve the quality, stability, scalability, and business fit of ERP-enabled processes and enterprise application capabilities.
• Balance operational support with project delivery by helping manage enhancements, fixes, root cause remediation, and cross-functional implementation activities.
• Drive process improvement by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and technical simplification options within ERP-supported workflows.
• Strengthen collaboration between business, IT, vendors, CNC, integration, and development teams to enable faster decisions, smoother implementations, and better user adoption.
• Participates in and provides after-hours and weekend escalated support as part of a rotating schedule and as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting ERP and enterprise applications in Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Functional Consultant, or JD Edwards roles.
• Strong Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional and technical expertise, including configuration, development, reporting, integrations, security, object management, troubleshooting, RCA and production support.
• Hands-on experience with JDE tools and technologies including OMW, FDA, RDA, ER/NER, BSFN, Interactive and Batch Applications, Table Conversions, Orchestrator, APIs, and interoperability.
• Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, and Finance (AR, AP, GL) business processes.
• Experience integrating JDE with applications such as Salesforce, Encompass, Concur, WMS/TMS, EDI, HighJump/Infios, and other enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, EDI, Real-Time Events (RTE), Z-Files, and enterprise integration architectures.
• Advanced SQL, data analysis, data conversion, reconciliation, performance tuning, debugging, testing, system validation, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with JDE CNC concepts, package builds, environment management, job scheduling, release management, SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies and change control processes.
• Proven experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, coordinating development, leading testing, deploying applications, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Experience applying automation, AI-assisted tools, and modern technologies to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and application support.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY

The annual salary for this role ranges from $126,598.00 - $170,000. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
